Since you claimed two 10,000 Reward Credit prizes from the vault at 500 Gems apiece, you were charged 1,000 Gems.

sometimes there is a Microsoft Rewards Quest to earn 10,000 gamer score for 10,000 MS Reward Points.

you need to get the MS Rewards app on your Xbox to view your progress.

if you have Game Pass then you can also do the Game Pass Quests for more Reward Points.

The points were added as you unlocked gamerscore.You don't get a bulk lot of 10,000 rewards points once you got to 10,000.

For example,if you unlocked a achievement worth 100 gamerscore then 100 reward points were added when you unlocked that achievement up to a total of 10,000 gamerscore/reward points.

The wording on the punch card should of been a lot clearer as a lot of people are confused by this.

Since you purchased the same item twice, it shows up as one line item with a single charge of 1000. We see that we have received your claim today (March 13th) for two separate 10,000 Rewards Credits for 500 Gems each (1000 Gems). Since you claimed these
at the same time on the same day, the statement will not generate multiple events for the same item. Apologies for the confusion.
