I first used xbox in one country and moved to another country after few years. So I tried to change the location/Region of the new country, but by mistakenly I selected Australia-English instead of USA - English in the region/location drop-down. That's
it, so as I changed the location once, it is not allowing me to change the location/Region to USA, until 3 months as per the policy. which is a big block for xbox gamers.

This policy should either be changed as we dont see much use of it and it is blocking us and not allowing us to download any games. Even paying for the xbox live account is useless.

When i asked to raise a request to support team, they told there is no such request that can be opened, but directed us to post in the form. So. the only option i have is to sell this xbox and buy a new one if i have to use the xbox again.

Any help from the xbox support/management would be much appreciated!

Gamertag change

The new rewards program (Microsoft Rewards, Xbox Live Rewards ended) is not related to your gamertag region, but your IP location (your internet location not your console region). Do not change your gamertag region because will not work and you will need
to wait 3 Months with the same region. You will need to wait to get back to your country to access again the rewards.

You should only buy points cards from your actual location as they are region locked. You could change your region but would have to wait 3 months to change it back

These are the service rules and they can't be changed. When picking a new region for your account you are warned that to change it again it takes a 3 months period wait.

be warned, changing location is locked for 3 months and you will not be able to purchase anything from the uk store until you move it back which will be in 3 months.

gifting outside of a region is blocked for licence and tax reasons, you could also be breaking the terms by doing that.
