Unable to change Privacy settings [IMG]
Every time i try to access my privacy settings I get this, I've talked to Live chat and I got in contact with Xbox Support on Twitter and they believe it's
my router... can't be. Has anyone had or is having this problem and what have you done to overcome this error?

    Thanks!

    :)

Your account may be locked. If you are under 18 then your parents would have limited your account. If your over 18 then you may have to call support.

Try to change your privacy settings via your Xbox & Xbox.com, if neither work. Try MeanMachines suggested answer and see if that helps.

Im not sure that it would help, but you could always try clearing the cache, just incase, or uninstalling just the account profile and redownloading it.

    Hi there, Grid.

Is there a sentence or is it simply just saying "Error"?

You could try a hard reset - hold down the console's power button for 8-10 seconds until the console powers off completely and you can see the orange light on the power supply unit. Leave the console off for a couple of minutes and then power it back on.
Attempt to try and change your privacy settings again.

When you receive this error does it give you a specific error code? If so could you provide it for further investigation?
No there is no code. I have the exact same problem. I use it all the time because i lost my mic for my headphones so i use the iphone app and works gret. Until today
