Unable to change Privacy & online safety settings

I'm having troubles changing my Privacy & online safety settings, every time I hit the submit button, a pop-up would appear that says "An unexpected error occurred. Please try again later." It's has already
been a week, but it just wont work. It's has probably something do with my account or something. I'm already an adult but I still cant change my settings. Pls help me.

If an adult (Parental) account is associated with your safety and privacy settings then you are unable to change those settings.

I am able to access my microsoft privacy settings and make changes, but when I go to my Xbox privacy settings from that site it again redirects me to this site:

It is important that your account is registered as an over 18+ of age in order to be considered as adult.

It has been already registered as 18+ . It CLEARLY SAYS "ADULT" IN THE "YOUR FAMILY" SECTION

Try performing a hard reset EXACTLY like this. Hold the power button on the console for 8 seconds or until the power shuts down completely.
Unplug the power cord from the back of the console for 5 minutes.
Plug the power cord back in and restart the console.
