    Unable to change Privacy and online safety settings


    Every time I click "Privacy and online safety" , I always go to this page and there's no settings to change.

    I just bought Xbox game pass, and I want to play "No Man's Sky" in Multiplayer, but the game told me to change the settings, please help me.

    If an adult (Parental) account is associated with your safety and privacy settings then you are unable to change those settings.

    It is important that your account is registered as an over 18+ of age in order to be considered as adult.
    It has been already registered as 18+ . It CLEARLY SAYS "ADULT" IN THE "YOUR FAMILY" SECTION

    Try performing a hard reset EXACTLY like this. Hold the power button on the console for 8 seconds or until the power shuts down completely.
    Unplug the power cord from the back of the console for 5 minutes.
    Plug the power cord back in and restart the console.
