Unable to change pretty much anything and much much more...

Hey there. I have just about lost all my patience for Microsoft and the issues I am having. I guess I should explain from the beginning:

(and please don't just skim through because you're going to have to understand all of it to know whats going on- I'd hate to see an answer saying "Make a new account")

First, I decided to buy a game, but it would not let me add billing information. I was however able to do that on the website, and I was succesful. With that all done, I went to confirm the purchase, and it said my account does not have permission to purchase
content (My account is teen). So my dad said I could change the settings, and when I did it errored saying "Can't find email for this Microsoft account.". At this point I decided to contact customer support, which pretty much dug me in a deeper hole. It took
them about twenty minutes before they finally realized what I was having problems with (not a solution), despite having filled out the form and explaining it to them before hand. A lot of *** went on and I don't exactly remember all of it (I'll explain why
in a second). They eventually had me make a new adult account in which they would transfer my data to that new account, and while I was in the process of doing so, they dropped the chat! So I was left hanging not knowing what the *** to do. I didn't want to
go back on the chat because I knew it would take a good 2 hours just to explain what happened because I wouldn't get the same person I was just talking to. Since they dropped me on such a short notice, I could not save the chat history (thus I probably don't
have all the information and don't remember it all).

At the moment I am extremely fed up and frustrated at what was such a simple task. I am tired of doing extensive bull *** for Microsoft's *** up.

My account has experienced lots of ridiculous problems that were never fixed, such as my account "not being linked to a parent account", which it was, but something happened and now it's not, and even though Microsoft support thought they fixed it, they
didn't. Apparently this glitch was also a problem, in my current issue, but the person I was talking with was very vague and did not provide much information besides "do this and that".

I have a lot of stuff on that account that I would like to keep, and they said I could move it to the new adult account, but since they dropped me while helping me, I don't know what to do.

I would prefer to just be able to change the permissions, but nooo...

Pretty much bricked

hey, i bought far cry 5 mars dlc and now my Xbox times out on ANYTHING I try to do, even settings takes to long to start. I've tried clearing cache, alternating Mac, factory resetting and power cycling. I even left it unplugged for 24 hours, on a side note,
trying to restart causes Xbox to hang on a grey screen.
