Unable to change password

Hi

I was trying to link my gamertag "StevieSatan" to mixer but was unable to do so , as when prompted for user id and password succeeded in messing it up. I managed to link this account which I think was my original xbox account before i created
the StevieSatan account and thought it was long gone. As I got an error that steviesatan does not exist . Although I still get emails to this account although when then trying to access microsoft websites for example xbox.com I kept getting a message that
my email / account was incorrect. I was then unable to reset it

I then tried to recover my steviesatan account but cannot provide enough details apparently to recreate it.

So I feel stuck is there a way to clear this account and associate the email address to my steviesatan xbox account.

How to Troubleshoot profile-password errors

It is possible to restrict access to your Xbox LIVE profile from any console by making it necessary to use your Microsoft account password to sign into your profile.

You may encounter the following errors when you try making your password necessary for sign-in:

• "Sorry, there was a problem requiring your password for sign-in on other consoles. Your password is still remembered for other consoles. Try again later, or try requiring password on sign-in from www.xbox.com. Visit xbox.com/security if you think someone else is accessing your account."

Solution: Set a password requirement on Xbox.com

1) Click My Account

2) Go to Settings & Preferences

3) Select Xbox 360 Profile Protection

4) Sign in using your Microsoft account (email and password associated with your Xbox LIVE account). You will see the number of consoles that don't require a sign-in password to access your Xbox LIVE profile.

5) Click Protect Profile. This will make it necessary to download your profile again using your Microsoft account before it can be used on any console. All previous copies of your profile will not work, and any changes or achievements that had not yet been saved to Xbox LIVE will be lost.

Important: If you feel that your password has been compromised, you can change your Microsoft account password by following these steps:

1) Sign into accounts.live.com using your Microsoft account.

2) Got to Account Information, and next to Password, click Change.

If you are unable to set a sign-in password on Xbox. com, you should check the Xbox LIVE service status.

If the Xbox LIVE service status is up and running, you should repeat the process later.

If the problem persists, contact Xbox Support.

Hello THE1GAMER 240 you are unable to change password to ones you have used recently and as you were hacked with the original password
it wouldn't be a wise choice to change back to original. Again can change your password at Reset your password.

Your best bet is to contact support about the account retrieval.

You will have to provide proof the account is yours however but talking to a person live might give more headway. They might also be able to help you sort out what is connected to what.

At this moment you can not take two accounts that you have and link their separate information together. Your best bet is to try to remember what back up forms of contact you put for your Raringjester77 account and possibly do a password recovery using that
form of contact. The other thing you can do attempt to further talk to Xbox support and provide what ever information you have available to try to recover your account StevieSatan.
