Unable to change nat type

i followed all the steps to change my nat type from strict to open, to faster find multiplayer games, but when i tested nat type and multiplayer connection, it said "Your network isn't set up." I have a wired connection and everything. How do i solve this?

Need help setting up multiple xbox ones in hospital setting for pediatric patients. Due to sensitive of patient information I'm unable to change Nat strict type to Nat open type. Is there any other way to connect multiple Xbox ones in multiplayer games in
Nat strict type?

 

Double NAT Type detected unable to change to open

I have spent hours and everything short of calling my ISP. I will give as much information as I possibly can because currently I have had no luck following any of the troubleshooting on the forum, through xbox support pages, and even youtube tuturiols short
of changing very in depth ports (?) on the router.

My internet cable goes right to my wifi router, do not have a modem as I was told to understand this acts as both? Is this also considered a gateway?

Router is a Netgear AC1200 Wifi Router, Model R6120

ISP Is DirectTv



This is where my confusion comes into play. I am using my wired connection as it often yields better connection, even though the wifi routers is right next to the xbox1. It does connect to through wifi just fine, the results are still the same.



In the video linked,

I go through reseting/clearing the MAC address which what I found through youtube sources. That didn't change anything.

I go and test the multiplayer connection, and it reads Not connected, my network isn't set up. I can play online, am connected to the internet and can connect to xboxlive.I try several times.

I then proceed to check my actual details network statistics. Ran that twice. I live in a brand new apartment complex with great internet?

Download 78.01 Mbps, Upload 92.5 Mbps. and Latency 30ms

I test again.

Download 94.27 Mbps, Upload 92.58 Mbps. and Latency 30ms

I have tried to change within my router menu to go from IPv4 to IPv6 with the link provided on xbox1. I think it may be on IPv6 now and it wasn't when I previously attempted to fix this issue of setting NAT type to Open.

Some additional information, I am mainly a Call Of Duty player, (COD WW2 now) and not much of a gamer in the sense of the word, I have always stuck to cod, its my style of play I enjoy, I have been playing for about 7 years now. I can tell when my connections
isn't great in the past, and the difference between good players. This is my first Xbox1 game and its giving me a lot of issues playing online and has become extremely frustrating trying to make it enjoyable. I have a very good internet connection and my reaction
time is on the same tier, but when I play something seems very off.

I have also read through this forum to call my ISP and ask them to open these specific ports.

The original post was never followed up but Im guessing if these change the speed of the game I will contact my ISP. Just seems odd I have to contact them, and do this extremely technical gateway port editing along with going deep into my router wifi settings for
the games I want to play with Xbox Live. I am very brand loyal, but I can only accept so much before I move away from Microsoft. Please help me get this figured out and settled so I can get back to enjoying the love of the game. Sincerely thank you, Jake Wilson.
