Unable to change my Xbox Gamertag

Ive been trying for a month now to change my Gamertag without success. I get to the following screen and no further.

First of all, I am not sure why it is asking for an address because I already have my address details filled in but when I follow the steps it does not even give me an option to change my country of origin and so I have to add an incorrect address and all that happens it adds the address to my profile then back to this screen above, going in a loop basically.

The Microsoft / Xbox support is horrendous, can't just log a ticket for this like other services, I have to try [mod removed] like callbacks (Which is also not working btw see image below) or post on forums etc.

Wasting my time and frustrating me even more, I can't even find an option to delete my xbox profile!! This is enough to drive a person insane seriously, I have never struggled to change my gamertag on ANY other platform but with Microsoft / Xbox it is mission impossible and so is the support!

Unfortunately no, the changing of the gamertag is universal for Xbox games to the profile. If you're unable to change the gamertag due to a time restriction then you'll be unable to have a different display in the games you play.

Xbox support is unable to change your gamertag, only the owner of the account can do the change, even if you made the gamertag change by mistake, is necessary to do the payment for a second gamertag change

I've purchased a gamertag change using prepaid tokens.

I was unable to change my gamertag on Xbox One as any other gamertag name didnt work except for the name I originally had.

Thus I've been charged for Changing the gamertag to exactly what it was before i attempted to change it.

What can I do about this?

That page likes to default to the US version of the page, but it looks like you're not in the US. Try changing the region on the very bottom left of the page.

Have the same prob.

I created for MCC an account; created the gamertag as shown here "" it said that the gamertag is available - but after that, I got a different one.

Since then, I'm unable to change the gamertag on the homepage.

If I try to change the gamertag on the XBox Live homepage - there occurs an error and I'm unable to change it.

It says, that I should try it later - i try it now since 3 days.
