    Unable to change gamerpic on xbox beta app


    Anyone else been getting the message "people under 18 can't upload custom pics" despite having account details set to over 18? Not quite sure why this is occurring. Microsoft account is set to proper age (26), restrictions are set to adult on xbox one AND
    xbox 360 just in case. If anyone has a solution, please let me know.

    Gamerpic changes back to one of the regular ones?

    I'm trying to change my gamerpic through the xbox beta app, and every time i change it, it stays for a second and then reverts back to the original one. Any ideas on how to fix it?

    Gamerpic Desynchronization

    So, I've had the Halo 5 Master Chief gamerpic for several months now, and I recently decided to change to a Jolteon pic (custom gamerpic) using the Xbox Beta App. This worked, and Jolteon is now my gamerpic, except on my profile on the Xbox one itself. And
    it's only there: it changed on the app, xbox.com, even the Xbox Store. Everyone else sees me as Jolteon, yet to me it appears as Master Chief. I've even tried changing the profile picture to other default gamerpics, but it refuses to change. Does anyone know
    how to fix this?

    If you have the xbox beta app on a windows 10 pc you can use custom gamerpics now.
