    Hello all,

    I am having a small problem with one of the options in the "Preferences" section of the Settings app. I am trying to test the streaming feature with my Windows 10 Insider (Home Preview) PC and my Xbox One. For some reason, when using the Xbox app on
    Windows 10, clicking on the "test streaming" button leads me to a message saying "Unable to stream because either the Xbox app or your console needs to be updated. Make sure they are both up to date and try again." At first, I thought this was the problem,
    but I had checked and everything was up to date. I read the game streaming troubleshooting section on the Xbox support page (http://support.xbox.com/en-CA/xbox-on-other-devices/xbox-on-windows-10/troubleshoot-xbox-app-game-streaming).
    I had found that in order for game streaming to work, I needed to check the option, "Allow game streaming to other devices (beta)" in the "Preferences" section. However, I encountered two problems: 1. That option is not visible/available to me when in the
    "Preferences" section. 2. I decided to try rechecking the option "Allow broadcasts and game captures", but the error message, "Unknown Runtime Error" kept popping up, no matter how much I tried. Now, I am currently trying to find a solution to fix both of
    these problems. It would be greatly appreciated if anyone could help with this.

    Dear Xbox Support,



    about a week ago I switched to Windows Phone 8, I am now using a Nokia Lumia 920.

    This is great, but since switching I am excperiencing a problem with my Xbox Live Account.

    When open games which require a Xbox Live Connection, e.g. Wordament, I get an error.

    On my Windows 8 PC, I tried the same and got an "unknown runtime error 0x82bc0005".

    I assume something is wrong with my Xbox live account since it happens on any of my devices.

    Do you have any advise for me?

    Hey again! For the phone, you could try removing your profile from the phone and then adding it back in. Make sure to back up your phone before doing this though.

    As for the website, can you try clearing your browser's cookies and cache and reloading. Also try using different browsers and see if that helps. Let us know, thanks!

    Hey there Irgendware! Just for clarification, you are using this same GT on all your Windows devices, correct? Did you create a new account on any of these? Also, what is the specific error you are seeing on the phone when you try load up a LIVE enabled

    Hey again,

    it is because my Xbox Account is blocked, since my Credit Card was blocked due to misuse.

    So my Xbox Gold Membership could not be paid.

    I will now call Xbox Live Support to resolve issue since entering new credit Card number did not work.

    Hey Mister Gwyther,

    well for Website using different Browsers and even different Computers does not work.

    At the Moment I am using a Windows Phone 7 and Windows Phone 8 device at a time. It happens on both devices.

    I will try resetting the Windows Phone 7 one tomorrow.
