    This is the error I get when trying to update my contact email, after entering new email and clicking save:

    It appears you have found a glitch in the system.

    How do I change the Microsoft Account?

    1. Sign in with your profile on xbox.com
    2. Select "My Account" at the top right corner near your gamer picture.
    3. Under Settings & Preferences select Contact Preferences
    4. Change your email and save the changes

    Hey there KwaziiCat! I've seen this happen before when someone changes the email tied to their gamertag but doesn't change their contact email. On xbox.com, sign in with your gamertag email then look up at the top right corner (under your Gamertag) and click
    on "My Account." Then, under "Settings and Preferences" click on "Contact Preferences". Then make sure your email address is set to the preferred contact email.
