Unable to change bio

i was directed over here by a Microsoft rep to have the enforcement team check my account since its only happening to my one account. theirs no change bio button.i can provide my bio if needed

Unable to change location on my bio.

I am unable to change the location on my bio, everytime i try it says something like unable to change at this time, and this has been going on for around a month now for me, or whenever it does change it later goes back to the previous one on its own, or
for example I change it on my Xbox it won't change on Xbox app then later the one on Xbox will change the previous one, I'm really stuck here and I'm kinda hoping to change my location in bio, anyone have any ideas? Sorry if this was not super clear, I explained
the best I could.

A few things can cause this. Internet type, a ban for previous offence's.

Sometimes it helps to try on the app or the website.

enforcement.xbox.com/.../Reputation

And the change bio button, isn't that available on xbox.com? If so, have you tried several browsers?

 

my bio is good. the rep said to have the enforcement team check my bio because its only happening only on 1 profile and they wernt sure if they locked me out from editing it

 

Is the change bio button not available on the console, not on xbox.com or not on both.

And regarding the enforcement team, the forums regarding suspensions, bans etc can be found here:

forums.xbox.com/.../41.aspx It's the only place the enforcement team reads and replies to posts.

 

its not available on the console.And the microsoft rep i talked two about this issue directed me to this area to post. we re did the recent update and cleared the system cache but that didnt do anything

 

Is this on the xbox one or 360? if anything man go here:
live.xbox.com/.../GamerProfile and you should be able to update your bio. Plus you can use symbols so you can make your friends jealous such as ® just make sure you don't violate the ToU man

 

Okay and than try this xbox guide button> go to the right> click on profile> Click on edit profile> than click Bio.

Alright man we're gonna get a little deep in this okay?

settings> system> storage> profile> delete profile only (must know your email and password)

Then: storage again> Y on hard drive or any device> clear cache 3x> turn off console.

Then: Turn console back on> redownload profile> check bio one more.

 

oh forgot to mention this me and the xbox rep went through all of those steps and it did not work.

im able to edit it on the site just not the console.

 

Okay, if anything man I would suggest don't worry about it, because as I stated before you can do symbols like crazy like ®æÐ and such

 

just as long as they don't violate ToU and CoC man that's all
