Unable to Change Billing Region/Country when Subscribing for Xbox Pass on PC

That make sense, seems like Xbox Live isn't available in my country, Malaysia....but it's available for both China and Singapore ( a puny country below me ). The Irony....could least put up a HUGE NOTE " Countries that Eligible for Xbox Pass " so we won't
have to waste time finding out what's the problem.

Or maybe pop up an error message when ineligible countries try to register for Xbox Pass...?

I can understand this may not be entirely Microsoft fault that the service isn't available in some countries and it maybe likely to be licensing / law issues with some countries, I really hope it isn't MS problem because I'm honestly disappointed and frustrated
at this point, I wanted to try Outer World and with Epic [Mod Removed - Xbox Forum Guidelines] store monopolizing over the game market we need more choices...where to buy our games.

I may still get it at MS Store, but I was hoping to try the game out first with the Xbox Pass what a shame.

And it seems like tons of people all over the world is unable to register for the Xbox Pass...

Lastly, friendly advice. Please change the App name.....who thought it was a great idea to call it " Xbox ( beta ) "

EDIT : Forgot to mention one more thing. I notice when I'm using the Xbox (beta) I can't even buy games.

Because when I reach the part of choosing a payment method then the Billing Info, again I can't change Country / Region to Malaysia instead.

So what's the point of this Xbox ( beta ) App ?? It's literally only usable for some countries ??

But it did import Forza Horizon 4 to the app, I bought that game through Windows Store, on Windows Store my billing Info etc is all correct and works without issue.

EDIT 2 : I just notice...The Outer Worlds isn't even available on MS Store for Malaysia ??? When I'm on the US site it's available, but when I go to MY site, it's not available....even the MS Store on Windows doesn't show Outer World for me.
