    Unable to change account region


    Hi,

    Currently, my account region seems to be in United States. And it was created almost two years ago when I bought my Windows Phone. And recently, I bought a Xbox One from Hong Kong, and I'd like to migrate my account region to Hong Kong as well. But when
    I tried to complete the steps, it always told me "Please check the Region Change Support Page to make sure it will work for you, and try again later."

    I've read the given requirements. And I think my account perfectly meet them all. I never did a region change before. So I don't know why this could happen.

    I am trying to add credit card details but have found that the account profile region has been set to US. The account should be referenced to the UK, but I cannot edit my own profile, please advise how this can be done as your 'help pages' are useless.
    The reason you allow someone to edit things like their address is because they change. Strangely enough we do not all live in the US

    Sorry, but you'll have to create a new account. You can't change account regions.

    Hi there unfortunately there is no way to change your region in less than 90 days. In this link

    support.xbox.com/.../change-region     you will see how to change your region and the restrictions for changing it. If you have changed it in the last 3 months then you will be unable to change it.

    I changed my Region on my Xbox - now I can't redeem my code, no matter what.

    Changing the region on your console does not change the region of your account. for that you would need the region migration tool to change your xbox 360 region as it is a 360 game. You may find that you are unable to do somethings you are used to when
    you change your region. I would suggest contacting the retailer for assistance with this matter as game keys are not usually region free
