    I am unable to cancel the membership for the account named "[Mod Removed]" (hilarious, I know) because I am unable to access the email associated with that account. The account was made in 2006 and I cannot remember any passwords or my security
    question associated with the email. I renewed the account this January for the first time in a few years and was only asked for billing information and not asked to access the old email. Later on, an update was required to use the account that involved going
    into the old email so I stopped using [Mod Removed]. Since, I have been getting recurring charges onto my bank account from an account that seems seemingly impossible to cancel.I have the billing information associated with the renewal. Please,
    any assistance is greatly appreciated. I would like to stop paying for something that I am not able to use. Is there any way I can cancel the membership providing the billing information recently used and not an eight year old email address?

    2 xbox live profiles under one account???

    Hello- I am unable to download/access my xbox live profile named Nosmell419. When I enter my email and password, another completely different profile is coming up. Right now it is . Support suggested opening a new email account and moving that
    profile to the new email address. When I do that, and try downloading my original profile, I get a brand new profile coming up.

    Do you have any suggestions? I am currently a gold member and cannot access my profile. Is it easier to cancel my membership and just create a new profile?

    HELP. Issues accessing main gamer tag

    Hi I'm having issues accessing my main and gold membership gamer tag. When I try and sign onto my Xbox gamertag I am asked to fill in the password to my linked email address. The linked email address isn't one I recognise and have tried all the forgotten
    my password/recover my email address options but still can't access. As I'm current unable to access anything on my gamertag until i get passed the password log in, how do i access my account/change email address without knowing the details of the current

    Do you have access to the email on the account? If you contact support, they are going to want to send you a support code to verify that it is your account, NO there is no other way besides that support code, it will be sent to either the email or phone
    on the account, if you do not have access either of those then you will need the card that is getting charged, the original card, if the card has expired and you got a new card then they may not be able to look it up, if you have non of this info, you can
    try to reset the password on the account by going here"

    When you get to the part where they want to send you a verification code, choose "I don't use these anymore" foloow the prompts, and you will get to the ACSR from fill it out and submit it, wait for a response, if you get an email saing that you did not
    provide enough info then contact support through this site:

    support.xbox.com/.../contact-us

    Let them know you already filled out the ACSR form and that you got the negative email, there is a code at the bottom of the email that you will need along with the Console ID, so have that on hand. They will then escalate to tier 3 to try to see if they
    can reset your password. Once you have access to the account change the email o n the account so you can get security codes.

    If that seems like to much work, contact your bank and tell them to not allow any charges from xbox or Microsoft, also tell them to put a lock on your account for online purchases.
