xbox live keeps telling me i've encountered some kind of glitch when trying to buy it, anybody else having this problem?

I tried to buy an outfit for my Avatar, and was told that I was unable to purchase it through Xbox.com, and to purchase it on my Xbox. I was already on my Xbox. This has happened before.

 

There is an alert on the Xbox website that states purchase and content usage is down/limited since 11:45 this morning. It'll probably be back up later today, so I'd just wait before you attempt to buy the game/DLC. I tried buying the undead nightmare pack
and it didn't work, though that was before I realized that there were some issues happening with Xbox Live.

I don't see Red Dead Redemption listed in the Backwards Compatibility section, nor does it have an Xbox One or "Plays on Xbox One" graphic to accompany it, so I don't think that this title is ready, at least not for this territory...

ie. Maybe ready in America; Not yet released in Canada?

 

Oh, I found a way. The web and mobile app may be no good for the store... not sure. But once I used my Xbox One I found the game, found the purchase (it's cheap right now). The only complication is that it only buys using credit card. I have wallet funds
but it doesn't want to draw on that. This isn't the first time I've seen a Backwards Compatibility game purchase bypass my wallet.... That's a shame because I prefer funding the wallet instead of having a card on account. But you can't even claim Gold free
games without a registered credit card.

 

I am in America and I cant buy it on xbox one.

 

Idk about y'all but it's been down for me eveer since Friday when it was released, now it's not on sale anymore and it'll be bs if they don't put it on sale again

 

Total BS. I decided to buy it when it was $7.49, so I went to the store and bought a $15. card. Came home and the price was $29.99!I Went and bought another prepaid card and tried to purchase- Message said can't pay with microsoft money!! Further said no
valid payment options. Set up PayPal. Still no go. Contacted xbox support chat. Nearly an hour later was informed "ongoing issues, IT working on it." Was told to kep trying, eventually it will be fixed. Still waiting.....

 

I couldn't buy it either so I bought the game code off of Amazon. And now I can't redeem it on my Xbox One or Xbox.com/redeem. I get errors possibly about region restriction. Which is strange since according to a post on rockstar's website Red Dead doesn't

HAving the same issue, still a problem for me. tried over 2-3 days and still cant purchase.

 

yes they dont seem to care i have been trying to redeem a gold code of over 24 hours the service is broken and they do nothing to help.
