Unable to buy xbox 360 game from the store

Hello Merry Christmas to all

Here is the thing, I'm trying to buy old xbox 360 game Ninja Gaiden 2 from the store and it won't let me after I press confirm it just shows me error message unable to complete purchase at this time please repeat later, I'm in uk and my bank and card is
Barclays i have previously brought few older games from the store for 360 also original xbox. Why is this happening? Can someone help please?

Have you contacted your bank/card issuer to see if they're declining the charge for some reason?

Nope mate i haven't contacted my bank because my visa debit works pretty much anywhere also the error message I'm receiving isn't the one when the card is declined I have brought from the store before. The message I'm getting Unable to complete, Repeat action
is driving me nuts please someone help.

Thank you for taking the time to post this on the Xbox Forums. We understand that you are experiencing difficulties with completing a purchase for an Xbox 360 title on your account.

If you haven't already, what I would recommend is
removing your payment instrument from your account and then trying toe make the purchase from your account on the Xbox website.This will then prompt you to add your card once more.

Go ahead and try this and let us know if this allows you to complete your purchase.

I have tried to buy online from my browser still the store won't accept my payment, what's going on here ?

Hi there! Are you trying to make this purchase on an Xbox 360 console or an Xbox One console, or possibly another device, like a PC or mobile phone?

Same thing happened to me a while ago, i couldn't not purchase it on Xbox One, BUT i booted up my old 360, and it worked, and of course, it popped up on Xbox One later on "My Games and Apps".
