Unable to buy the xbox 360 games with gold.

There is currently a service alert up related to purchased. You may want to wait until that is over and then try again.

If none of those suggestions work try purchasing it from a different device while logged into your account. I usually buy those from my PC and never have any issues.

I recommend updating your billing information and making sure the credit card info is up to date and any unused cards are removed. Usually removing your main payment option and re adding may solve the issue where it wouldn't let you get it online. Since
the 360 backwards compatible games are still downloaded from the Xbox 360 marketplace and not the Xbox One store, a working payment option needs to be on the account.

Currently there is an active service alert affecting purchase and content usage and it mentions backwards compatible being a feature that is affected. I believe the issue is being caused by this service issue. The engineers are actively working on a solution
and you can sign up to get notified once

The problem is: even when I can still buy most games on Console, sometimes I'm unable to buy something on my Xbox because of my region (I live in Mexico, very close to the US border). That's when the web marketplace came in handy.

It worked ok until the last update and the removal of MSP.

Right know is that I'm unable to "buy the FREE" Rainbow Six given to gold members. On console sometimes I got the error XXXXX-idontremember, which meant that my physical region and my 360 region didn't match. But instead of migrating the Live account to
Mexico, I just simply used web marketplace.

It worked, everytime, until this last update.

I'm still a Gold Family Member of an american account, so I'm unable to switch regions (because of Gold Family Pack restrictions), so migrating my account to Mexico so I can get the free games it's a no go.

tl;dr

Until my Gold Member account becomes regular Gold, I'm unable to buy games from your site, and also unable to get the free games from both your site and my Xbox's marketplace.
