    Unable to buy Red Dead Redemption


    Hello,

    I am trying to buy the backward compatible Red Dead Redemption for my Xbox One but whenever I reach to point where I'd have to pay, either on the Xbox One or on the Webstore, the same thing happens. The store tells me that I have no valid billing information (I
    have working billing informations I regulary use) and when I enter the requested information an error appears. (Server Error in '/' Application.)

    Is there any other way to buy the game or how to fix this?

    Some idiot bought my Battlefield 3 for $50

    I bought Arkham City for $15 and Red Dead Redemption GOTY for $20 from Gamestop today. I was just going to buy Arkham City, but Red Dead Redemption GOTY had a 20% sticker so I took it. Normally I buy online, but time constraints got me this time.

    I'm sorry to see any purchasing issues! Sometimes this happens when a customer has a region mismatch on their account. This means that the account's region does not match their physical location. A lot of Xbox 360 games are region locked, and this could
    be why you are seeing this error.

    First, we'll need to have you do
    an account region migration    . Once you do that, make sure
    your Billing information     is fully updated. Then try to purchase the game after that with a credit/debit card or Paypal.

    Let me know how it goes! We'll see if there's anything else going on if this doesn't fix you up. Unable to buy Red Dead Redemption :)

    Thanks a lot for your reply and help. For some weird reason my Microsoft Account was based in germany instead of Austria. The migration fixed that.

    Hi, I hope you're doing great out there despite the issue that you're experiencing. I am an Independent advisor and I am here to help you in regards to your concern.

    Just a friendly reminder though that the Red Dead Redemption 2: Story Mode is just an add-on or DLC addition to Red Dead Redemption 2 which means that it requires the base game, you will be needing to buy the base game that is sold separately.
    It's not the base game that is needed. It is Red Dead Online. When you state that the base game is needed it sounds like people need to buy Red Dead Redemption 2 but that is not the case. Red Dead Redemption 2 contains both the single player story and the online portion. Red Dead Redemption 2 is not the same as Red Dead Online. They have 2 different names. Story Mode is DLC for Red Dead Online. It is not DLC for Red Dead Redemption 2 as you have said.

    I checked this for my and my brothers account and that is the result. Looks a little bit strange or? On My Account the Ultimate Edition is listed twice. I think this is not correct and on my brothers account ultimate edition is missing. Pre-Order Bonus is
