    Unable to buy Gold, keeps on saying "Try Again."


    My Gold just expired, So I go to buy 1 month subscription on the device, Then It says this

    Try that again
    Something happened on our end. Waiting a bit might help.

    I feel like I tried everything, I waited 2 days, I tried it on another device, I reset my xbox. The debit card works fine and can buy other things. And I would love some help from someone who has dealt with this before.

    i have been tring to connect to xbox one store to buy a game or extend my gold membership. It keeps saying unable to connect with store check internet connection or try again later. What is going on with it. I also tring direct connecting with the modem.

    I'm getting the same thing. Has been happening for like 3 months now. About to sell my xbox and get a PS4 cause Xbox's customer service is so terrible

    Trying to buy gold again... but...

    I don't know if this has anything to do with what happened to me yesterday. I tried to renew my membership on my console and it said this feature is unavailable. So I just went all the way to the right on "Manage Account" and chose purchase details for Xbox
    LIVE Gold and renewed my membership that way.

    Trying to buy gold again... but...

    I've heard there was something wrong with the XBL marketplace maybe that's what the problem was. It's been fixed for the xbox, but not for xbox.com. Just be patient.
