    Unable to buy Game Pass due to store location


    Hi.

    I have xbox live subscription and now looking to upgrade it to Game Pass Unlimited. However whenever I go to purchase, it says that my stores and payment locations don't match. I have tried changing the store location from xbox one consoles and online store
    both however seems that its locked up some where. Please help.

    Ideally your store should be set to the same location you are. You can verify the location on your account at http://account.microsoft.com

    Ultimate is not available in all regions. If you're not in one of these areas: Argentina, Australia, Austria, Belgium, Brazil, Canada, Chile, Colombia, Czech Republic, Denmark, Finland, France, Germany, Greece, Hong
    Kong, Hungary, India, Ireland, Israel, Italy, Mexico, Netherlands, New Zealand, Norway, Poland, Portugal, Russia*, Saudi Arabia, Singapore, Slovakia, South Africa, South Korea (PC Games plan not available), Spain, Sweden, Switzerland, Taiwan, Turkey, United
    Arab Emirates, United Kingdom, United States. you won't be able to subscribe. Changing your region to a different location will not allow you to bypass that.

    Are you trying to buy an Xbox game pass? If yes, make sure that your payment method matches the store region where you're buying the Xbox game pass as well as your physical location.

    Also, try buying an Xbox game pass on the Microsoft Store website to check if it's an issue with your account.

    What really sucks is that Microsoft did not extend the Cyber Monday sale due to their issue and I was unable to purchase Fallout 76 on sale. Will not be buying anything on the Xbox store for a while. Used that money for Playstation 4 and Nintendo Switch
    games. No issues buying games on their sites.
