Unable to buy from the store.

Hi,

I have tried reaching out to xbox/Microsoft on twitter, on phone, and trough there support page, but no help. All of a sudden i was unable to buy anything from their online store. Not on Xbox or trough their webside. My card information is unchanged and
still active. I bought a game for over a month ago, and suddenly i get a random error message.

It's the same message on their webpage as it's on the Xbox. I have attached the error message.

Am i all alone with this error? It has also prevented me from downloading me free Xbox 360 & Xbox OG games from Games with gold.

I'm really disappointed with Microsoft support. This is a paying costumer, that wants to spend more money.

sorry to hear. Have you checked the
XBOX Live Service Status maybe there are issues. If there is everything fine, Maybe your Time/Date settings are wrong or yor Connection is to slow. If you are still wireless connected try it with a RJ45 cable.

Hi,

I have checked multiple times, but this issue have been consistent for me over the last 3 weeks.

The time and date suggestion, would that make a difference? I even tried to buy trough the smartphone App and the web page. No luck 😢

Hi again and thanks for keeping us informed. So if you also get this at your mobile I guess it is something with your account. Maybe some scurity restrictions please check your acount here: https://account.microsoft.com/family/settings/manage-permissions/

Hopefully it is not a child account,check also if everything is filedout at the "Your Information" Tab
