    Unable to buy Fifa points on Fifa 14 using Microsoft Account


    Hello,

    today I bought a $25 Microsoft Account card and everything worked fine and dandy, so I have $25 in my Microsoft account. I want to buy some FIFA points for Fifa 14 with this, but an error message saying "There is a problem with your account. To fix the problem,
    go to https://account.live.com.
    " came up. I know that there is enough money in the account and that my payment option is Microsoft Account, any suggestions on how to fix this?

    Cant purchase Fifa points for Fifa 14 with my life account money

    I think this might have something to do with an ongoing issue that EA is looking into in regards to FIFA 14 and the ability of people purchase items in FIFA 14.
