unable to buy coins for microsoft bingo

i have windows 10 on my laptop pc and play Microsoft bingo but it will not let me buy coin packs.the error code says something happened on our end please try again later error code # 0x803F6107 when you close that one another error pops up and says unable
to complete your purchase at this time try again later.when I close that one another one pops up that say we are unable to complete your purchase as your purchase has already been complete.For 3 days I have been sent back and forth between Microsoft and xbox .
Microsoft says its an xbox problem and xbox says its a Microsoft problem this has been going on for 3 days now and I have not been able to get this resolved.i downloaded the game from Microsoft windows store.it has to be a simple fix I am very frustrated and
annoyed at being hung up on and transferred back and for between Microsoft and xbox. I WILL BE CALLING THE CORPERATE OFFICE TO FILE A COMPLAINT. please tell me how to fix this problem

I too have been unable to buy coins and it really ticks me off. I have lost a lot of faith in Microsoft if they can't handle a simple thing like bingo. I couldn't even log on for days at a time. My laptop is old and I am thinking it is time to switch to
apple.

After my last two games of Bingo, the system has crashed and I never got all of the coins, keys, etc. that I won during the game. I have been buying coins from Microsoft and feel like this is a big waste. Who can we contact to fix the glitch?

Mine keeps disconnecting also, its great, NOT!

I lost a lot of tickets, coins and keys because of this!!! It says connecting to server, but it stays there, im forced to close down the app because i cant do anything else.

When im ingame or in the results screen, and it disconnects, i lose my wins/bingos/power balls and bingos/ keys, coins and tickets.

Ive bought coins and i didnt buy them to lose them because of your *** servers!!
