Unable to buy backward compatibility games

So when i want to buy a game (example: tekken tag tournament 2) in console it says: "Try again later. Check your Internet connection and try again. We couldn't connect to the Store." And when i try it in the website it says: "It appears you've found a glitch
in the system. Please try again later." Sooo... now what?

My old Xbox 360 Games

If you are talking about backwards compatibility then no those games are not on the list of backward compatible games. The xbox 360 discs that work on xbox one can be found here:

www.xbox.com/.../backward-compatibility

If you mean will you get the xbox one version of those games for free then no, you have to buy the xbox one version of the game.

To check, does the region of your account match your physical locale? On top of that, if you're using a child account, you'll need to make a purchase from an Xbox 360 console or from the parent account?

region is set to hungary in the xbox.com, in my account, and in the console as well (i don't know if theres more), and i'm not using a child account. i never had xbox 360.

You can also check the website to see if games are backwards compatible before buying them. That game is not backwards compatible. https://www.xbox.com/en-US/games/backward-compatibility

Paul from the Xbox Forums Team here to assist, for this specific matter I suggest contacting customer support to see what other payment methods are available to help with purchasing this game.

When you go to
Contact Us to get it to request a callback follow these steps:

Step 1 ----select Xbox One
Step 2 ----select see more options then subscription changes
Step 3-----select show contact options
Step 4 ----select request a call from support

Once they call explain the issue and they will be able to help you. Note that these options regularly change so just keep selecting something that gives request a call from support as a contact option. I hope this helps in reaching customer support. Please
