Unable to buy anything other than the Combopack / characters

This is driving me nutz. I got the combopack as soon as i got my One. Then i found out that there is a more complete edition called "Ultra". Which live didnt even show me. Now i went back to look it up, and I find it if i search for it, but its unavailable
for purchase.

So i think, hey ill just get the costume pack them. Same story, find it but cant buy it.

ITS BEING ADVERTICED IN THE GAMES NEWS AND STORE SECTIONS! ITS EVEN ON SALE! AND IT WONT LET ME BUY THEM!

This is the first time in history microsoft hasnt wanted my money :/

The twitter support is just scratching their heads at me with a shrug on their shoulders..

Im in sweden btw.

Better not be a problem when season 2 rolls around proper.

Do you get an 8 digit error code when you try to purchase items using the console? If so, please post it here so we can help.

No code I'm afraid. Just been told by support that could be a risk bock on my account due to me buying a few things in one go - they seem to be on the case. I’ll post a solution once sorted in case others have the same issue in the future.

Sad to hear you accidentally bought the combo BP, I still think this is a way to dish out more money from consumers when all of us suddenly notice that -oh, there is a ultra edition with KI original as well, I want that. So I will buy the game again!-

As for me, I haven't touched the game and refuse to do so until this issue is resolved.

I am still unable to buy anything. I have tried to buy things lower than the price of the dlc i was originally trying to buy, which had the same result. an error message.

NOW I wish I hadnt deleted all of my character saves last summer, DAMN it! oh well its just for show right? dosnt mean anything other than passing conversations an maybe a character or two??
