Unable to Buy Anything from Digital Store due to Billing Information

Today, I just redeemed 2 Xbox One 10-Euro codes. I went to the store to buy a game, but it would not let me continue without filling in my billing information. The problem is I live in Egypt, and the Credit Card is an Egyptian one, which cannot be used because
there is no option to change my location to Egypt.

It has been confirmed that I have 20 euros, and it even says so in my account under "Money and Gift Cards". So what do I do? Do I have to fill in my Billing information to spend these 20 euros, which means I'm ***? Or is there something I'm missing?

Oh and my account's location is Ireland. Just brought an Xbox One 2 weeks ago, and this is my first attempt at buying something off of the Xbox Store/Marketplace.

Unable to authorize for this payment,

I'm hoping this issue goes away within a week. Because this is just irritating with deals given for the holidays and being unable to buy anything due to this "incorrect" billing issue.

Unable to buy from store

I’m unable to purchase anything from the Xbox store as the Buy button is not appearing on the screen I have reset my internet connection and my console multiple times with no success I have tried to download manny titles and every one I have tried to download
has presented me with the same problem the Game description and reviews are shown but the buying options are not has anyone had this before or knows of a Solution there is a photo attached to show my issue

The issue you described would be due to the cross-region account you're using. In order to use pre-paid codes you would need the region of the codes, your account, and your physical location to match. Unfortunately cross-region accounts aren't supported
may lead to trouble such as the one you're describing.

I'm afraid if you're not physically located in the region of your account you may have trouble using them. Where did you receive the pre-paid codes from? I recommend reaching out to the retailer in regards to receiving the incorrect currency.

your euro buys more indian currency so how would that be fare to the Indians who also have to save to afford anything off there store. look at it in reverse if Indians tried to purchase something from the Spanish store it would cost them double than there
store due to currency conversion. also governments frown on buying digitally from other countries as they lose a lot of tax.
