    Unable to buy 1 month gold online


    I bought a code worth $11 at gamestop then redeemed it so the money says that it is in my account; however, when I go to buy a one month gold subscription it says that the payment option was not found. when I try to change the payment option the $11 are
    a light grey color compared to the black "add paypal" and etc. What do I do In order to purchase the one month of gold with the $11 I redeemed?

    As Smwutches has said you need either a 1 month, 3 months or 1 year gold subscription to play multiplayer games online. So without this you will be unable to play online.

    Gold can only be purchased via credit card/paypal or by purchasing a prepaid gold card in a store. It is not possible to purchase a gold subscription using currency on your account.

    You will need to buy either a 1 month,3 month or 12 month xbox live gold sub to play online.

    Yes 1 month is 20 days, but remember buying 12 1 month golds is way more expensive than buying 1, 12 months gold, hence why you get less for 12 months gold. 3 months gold = 2 months ultimate.
