    I've been unable to book a service request for my Xbox One, goes through to verifying address and then comes up with an error.

    Unable to create service request

    Hello,

    For the last few weeks I'm unable to create a service request for my Xbox One (won't turn on). Support doesn't seem to be able to create one for me, so I'm pretty much running out of options.

    Does anyone know what I can do? Will try to give them a call tomorrow, but want this resolved asap. Was looking forward to the release of Titanfall, but time seems to be running out Unable to book a service request :(

    Unable to create service request

    As an addition, the error it keeps giving me is this:

    No services found

    No service offers are available

    Don't know why. Had this since I got it back from repair last time. This will be the third time I need to send it in for repair, and it seems to me even the repair process isn't as solid as it should be...

    It says -

    'Sorry, we are unable to process your request at this time.

    An error occurred. Please try again.'

    you get the message at varying times in the process or if you try to do an advance exchange.
