    Hello~

    Very recently, I have discovered that my profile has me appearing offline. Ordinarily, I could just flip that back to "Appear Online", but for some reason whenever I do that and go to a different menu, within 5 seconds I am suddenly appearing offline again.
    This is especially bad because I don't get notifications beyond those for achievements, and even those don't pop up on my screen. Are there any ways to fix this?

    i could use some help.

    Yeah if all else fails phone support and as long as you can remember your secret answer all will be well even if you have forgotten your pass word

    I put an xbox live password on my xbox and my xbox live mebership is still active but when i try to sign in to live, the screen says, "your xbox live membership information isnt valid. please use a profile that contains membership or recover your profile
    from xbox live." what do i have to do for my profile to get back on xbox live?

    Unfortunately, an HDMI to USB cord will not work because the console's USB ports do not transmit video or audio. These cables are primarily used to transmit video from a compatible USB device, such as a laptop, to a TV or monitor.

    If the HDMI port of your console is damaged, there will be no choice but to place a service order for your console, but I am afraid that if it no longer has its current warranty, it will have to be at a trusted technical center in your area since it seems Xbox no longer repairs Xbox One consoles that are out of warranty period since those models no longer appear in the "Out-of-warranty service cost" drop-down menu on the following website:

    The achievement in Mass Effect 2 is two play throughs or one with a character imported from Mass Effect 1. So to gain that achievement the first time you play ME2, you must be playing with a Shepard brought in from the first game.
