Unable to Appeal Unreasonable Ban

If the ban is 24 hours then you would not be able to request a case review as it takes more than 24 hours to complete a review.

You can try a different browser and see if that is causing the issue. Not all suspensions are able to be reviewed. No one in the forums will be able to assist with suspension, and the Enforcement Team doesn't use the forums.

Maybe it'll give you a clear indication what happened or how you got it. But communications bans are generally because of you being in a party chat, or messaging someone who reports you for something offensive.

Which is stupid, because they did not mention the secondary investigation, implying that the 2 week ban was from the original reported message, which is unreasonable. The secondary investigation also had no merit but couldn't even appeal to that. Maybe if they checked a single email in over a week I wouldn't have to lose 90 days progress to an unfair ban but okay.

I reached out to the Xbox support folks and they said

"Thank you for your patience while I looked into this for you. After checking, I can confirm that there are no enforcement actions on your account. The error you’re seeing is due to multiple invalid password attempts, which have temporarily blocked sign-in attempts for your account."

Later on in the chat they said

"After thoroughly reviewing your account, I can confirm that there is an enforcement action in place. However, since the Enforcement team operates separately from our department, I unfortunately don’t have access to their data or processes, which is why I can’t provide further details at this time. For more information, I recommend visiting the Xbox Enforcement website: https://enforcement.xbox.com"

I responded with

"Im unable to contact them directly via the enforcements page, could you pass the ticket along to them so that one of their team members is able to take a look at this issue?"

as to which they responded

"I completely understand, Riley, and I truly appreciate your patience. Unfortunately, the Xbox Enforcement team operates offline, meaning they can only be accessed through the Xbox Enforcement website and by submitting a report."

So I think I'm just getting told I'm out of luck and unable to do or know anything about this. The support team member was great at least but it was outside of his scope and since I can't speak to the team I need to I'm gotta give up. I love microsoft so much.....
