    Unable to add or remove friends.


    Hi, I'm having trouble adding and removing some people on my friends list. I've tried clearing my cache three times and re-downloading my profile as suggested on older forums but nothing's working. I'm positive It's not my connection because my sister
    can add people just fine on her Xbox, but every time I try it says "Problem sending message, try again, for more info visit Xbox,com/support" Please help.

    In having the same issue, I'm unable to remove friends/block users, on smartglass, xbox one, or xbox.com

    Hey there, I don't really have a solution, but thought I'd mention that myself and a few other users I've seen around the support forums are having this issue, I guess it's not everyone if you have a friend that can successfully add and remove people.

    I can only suggest to keep trying every 24 hours and hopefully it's resolved soon.

    I'm having this same issue, some people I can add just fine..others a problem. One shows as added on the website but never when I'm online in my 360

    Im having the same issue where it shows i can add friends via the smartglass app and on the website but they dont appear on the pending list on both the smartglass app or on the 360 friends list. Please fix this.

    Hello everyone, yesterday I logged on to my friends list and found out that someone I play with all the time had been removed from my list without me doing anything. And when I tried to re-add the player, I keep getting the message: "We're sorry, but we
    can't save your changes. Please try again later." Has anyone else been having this problem, or have any suggestions to fix it? I'm on the Xbox One console. I'd appreciate it if someone could help. Thank you.
