Unable to add new profile after reboot/factory reset

Thanks for reaching out to the Forums for advice on how to deal with this issue. I can totally understand how this could be pretty concerning. I think it might be due to your connection. I recommend trying while connecting to another network.

what I tried

forced reboot,

reset to factory default

created new profile

re-installed games

all games works for 10 min maximum and then stop and xbox return to main menu but profile still connected

force reboot (power button 30 sec)

start game 10 min and stop again

remove xbox from power for a day

re-reset factory

re-creates profile

install 1 game that works fine on my other xbox one

start to play, stop after 10 min.

Reset the old 360 network settings back to factory defaults.

Disconnect the old 360 from the internet (remove adapter).

Connect the new 360 to the network after a reset to factory defaults.

I would reboot your router/modem as well.

Kindly try clearing your console's cache by following the steps below.

1. Turn off your console by pressing the Xbox button on the front of the console for about 10 seconds, until it shuts down completely.

2. Unplug the console's power cable. Wait 10 seconds.

Important Be sure to wait at least 10 seconds. This step resets the power supply.

3. Plug the console power cable back in.

4. Press the Xbox button on your console to turn it on.

If it still doesn't work, try using both a wireless and wired connection (if possible try using a mobile hotspot as well) and see if it will make any difference.

There seems to be a few gamers that is unable to play the game today. No official news from Giants that there is an issue at the moment.

Have removed your profile from the console and add it after a hard reset/power cycle?
