Unable to Add my visa debit card in Microsoft account

Thanks for your post! If you're using a Visa Debit gift card, the store may have some issues processing the order. These payment methods are unable to be used with subscriptions and in addition, will not behave well in the normal store. You could go and
purchase a Microsoft Account currency gift card with your Visa Debit gift card and use that to purchase the game and DLC you're attempting to buy.

Just to confirm, where are you physically located buddy?
Is this happening with every card that you try to add?

I'm in India right now. I only have one card and tried that card. Still says check the info that you entered it doesn't match the info for this card. I tried searching for solution in youtube (haven't found one) but there are so many people in comment section who have this problem. I think that we need a card with international transactions enabled .

I also have that problem but i'm in Argentina and it won't let me add any payment method.
