unable to add months to my account

since my creditcard expired a month ago i couldnt get xbox live. i bought a 14 month card from : xboxlivekaarten.nl this website is legit, one of my buddies got his code from. when i try to enter the code through web browser i get an error message. when
i login through my xbox it says i need to renew. when i try to delete the previous method of payment it says it cant be done. when i try to insert my code it says my account is facture locked or something that i need to contact microsoft.

Unable to add my account

Hi,

During the last couple of weeks I have been experiencing some problems with my Xbox where I am unable to sign in to my Xbox account, not Xbox Live, but just adding my account. It started when I got back to university after xmas and brought my Xbox with me
on the plane. I brought it as hand luggage and did the same thing when I was going home at first without any problems. I see the possibility that the problem has occurred after bringing it on the plane, but I´ve had similar problems in the past, so i suspect
this is a software problem.

At first I could not sign in to Xbox Live even with the network connected and working fine. The last time I had this problem i reset my Xbox and it was fine. So I tried that again. But now when I try to add my account it just say that I should try again
later, and with the error code: 0x800705b4. Sometimes it just says that the servers are down and I should check the Xbox Live status, which is working fine.

I have also had problems with both starting games and updates. I´ve tried to update both FIFA17 and Netflix with both of them just standing at 0% even though the WIFI is working and connected.

Is there someone who has been experiencing similar problems and is there something I can do on my own to fix it?

Unable to add Paypal to my account

I am having issues this weekend trying to add my Paypal account to my Xbox Live account. I have followed the instructions on

http://forums.xbox.com/xbox_forums/xbox_support/f/27/t/26156.aspx and I pass the criteria for all items but I still am unable to add this to my account. I constantly get a "At this time, we are unable to process your request. Please return to Microsoft
Corporation and try another option." I am able to use this Paypal account for any other merchant that offers Paypal until now with Xbox. If the process is down does anybody know when it will be fixed? I would really like to have this option on my
account when purchasing content as I use Paypal frequently.

You can't remove a payment method while it's attached to an active gold subscription. You may want to check your account at
Sign in to your Microsoft account to see if it shows that you owe a balance. If you had auto-renew turned on and your account tried to renew using the expired card, they would have suspended your account
until you pay off the balance you owe. You would have to add another payment method in order to pay off this balance before you can add a prepaid card.
