Unable to add friends

Everytime I try to add certain people as friends i always get the message "We cannot save your changes right now, please try again later" It has been doing that for months now

UNABLE TO ADD FRIENDS

Keep getting error message saying "Sorry, we are unable to save your changes at the moment. Try again in a while.".

I've tried through the website and same thing happens.

Had a quick look on Google and found no fix or helpful information whatsoever. I have had this issue for weeks. People can add me fine.

Sorry to see any issues adding people to your friends list! Which gamertags are you attempting to add? It may be possible that they have you blocked, and that's why you're receiving that message. What I want to do is test out I can add them here on my professional
account. If not, we may want to dig further into what might be going on.

Done that when I try to add my friend it says

Sorry we are unable to save your changes

But it did allow me to add a different friend

I am willing to bet that this is an issue "we" can't fix and it looks like its a system issue
