    Unable to add friends to Halo MCC roster on Xbox One?


    From the Halo MCC main menu, when I go to add a friend to my roster for online multiplayer campaign, the “join friend” option is grayed out and I cannot select it. My friend is experiencing the same issue when trying to add me to their roster.
