    Unable to add Family Members


    Hi all, when trying to add an account to my family on my Xbox One, I go to Family and press the button that allows you to add a new family member. When I press that, none of my 4 accounts come come up. All that comes up is the option to 'Add New' but I'm
    pretty sure all the other accounts should be there. Could I have an insight on what has happened here if that is possible, thanks.

    I also apologize if this is in the wrong category of the forums.

    Can't add family member

    I Search and I still can't find an answer of how to add family members. I want to buy the Family Pack but I can't add my family members. There isn't a button that add family members on this Xbox website nor on the Xbox console in the family settings.

    Xbox Live Family Pack Issue

    To add have you made sure that the account you would like to add to your Family Pack has first been downloaded to your Xbox or the Xbox that you are trying to add family members to?

    You say that each family member now have their own GOLD membership.

    If this is so then why cant I download the free games with gold on each profile !?

    Just wanting to say that Sean2383 is indeed correct. The Family Pack has been discontinued. They have been talking about this since at least the spring. You will no longer be able to add anyone to the family even if the family pack you are on has yet
    to convert to single subscriptions.

    Hi Wieand,

    It's my understanding that the xbox live family pack is no more. The transition to individual gold memberships started on the 27th August - 1 month ago. You won't be able to add your son, because you and each member of your family pack (previously) will
    now also be on individual gold memberships.

    Family Gold. How much time can you have on it at once?

    I just want to bump my old thread to say that I am still unable to add my son to my family gold plan. He currently has 21 months of gold. My family plan has 11 months of gold. When I try to add him it says "This member can't be added to the gold family
    pack. Adding the member's remaining time would exceed the limit for this gold family pack."
