Unable to add credit card

Discus and support Unable to add credit card in XBoX Games and Apps to solve the problem; When trying to add my credit card to pre order a game. I entered the details and click save.     When trying to add my credit card to pre order a game. I entered the details and click save. It goes to load but then it doesn't add the card. No error code comes up

    It said that there might be an error with the billing info, I've tried it about 5 times now with no success. I've never had this problem before, and I can't add it online because in the State/Province drop down thing, there are only states. Also the error
    code is 8c32008.

    Unable to add Credit Card

    I have had this problem for three days now. the error code is 8C320008. im unable to add thet a credit card. can someone tell me what is wrong? i have read other peoples threads but no clear answer is given. the details i input are correct and i have cleared
    the system cache aswell as marketplace content and it still doesnt work.

    help soon would be appreciated.

    or if you are part of the USA/CA region you can contact this free toll nr: (800) 469-9269

    I'm having the same issue, I've contacted support twice but nothing has worked so far. Would really appreciate if someone knew how to solve this

    I think you're missing a digit there. I believe the code may be 8C320008. That error code suggests that you may have an expired/dead card on your account. If you remove it you should be able to add the new one.

    If you cannot do this and continue to have issues then you should contact phone support for more assistance. If you live in North America then dial 1-800-469-9269

    Try removing all cards, deleting your Marketplace System Data from the System Items folder on your Hard Drive, clearing your System Cache, restarting your Xbox, THEN adding your card.

    If you can't do it that way, try adding a card from billing.microsoft.com
