    Unable to add card cause it keeps saying the info is wrong...even tho its not.


    So i wanna buy something with my card just to find out the info i entered is apparently wrong and i wont add it to my account...even tho i have the card in my hand and NONE of the info is wrong? Theres no blocks on the card either i JUST bought something on ebay before i was gonna add it to my account and theres more then enough money for the thing i want

    Ive tried:

    entering the info on account.microsoft.com . says the same thing

    restarting my console/computer and phone

    restarting my network

    entering each number and letter so slowly it took 10 minutes to type it all out

    made sure my xbox account/console was made in/ is in the same region as the card

    i have not tried:

    calling microsoft support cause its nearly 3am

    calling my bank cause its nearly 3 am

    ive had this issue before but it just magically fixed itself by the time i woke up the next day. Any and all help is welcome

    Since other card is working just fine you need to validate with your bank as there may be restrictions.

    huh..thats...confusing. it works fine everywhere else i even used in in a store about a hour ago

    If it works using a different card it may mean it's your card, DestroyerBro226.

    If you have a different card that you can try and enter that would be great so we can validate if it's the card or your account.

    i added a visa gift card just fine. still wont add my card tho. even called my bank to check the card was all good and it is
