    Hi everyone,

    I've been a Xbox 360 user for quite some time now and I've been having this issue since I got my first console.

    I am unable to buy anything on my Xbox 360 and I could never buy anything.

    My Microsoft account has a CC attached and I used it quite often on my Windows PC (browser or Store app) as well as on my Windows phone.

    The only time I was able to get something was when I redeemed the Xbox Live code that came with my console and I was able to do it only on my PC. After that I was able to download only half of the games, for the other half I would get the message claiming
    I have no CC attached.

    The strange part is that while no CC appears on my account on my console, I can see my purchase history (WP, Store App etc.) and when I try to add the CC it keeps asking for a US CC. Needless to say the console is not set to US but to Other and the language
    is English.

    Since I live in Romania and the country does not appear in the country list, Other was my only logical choice.

    And it gets worse. My account stored my CC twice, one time for my region and one time for US and they both work (I have PCs set to Romania and PCs set to US and had no issue buying stuff on any). I tried all the possible countries there (except for the ones
    in Asia,because I don't speak any of those languages) without any luck.

    Another weird thing I noticed is that my Xbox does not appear in my devices list in my account, like all my PCs and phones do.

    Any ideas?

    Unable to add credit card

    When trying to add my credit card to pre order a game. I entered the details and click save. It goes to load but then it doesn't add the card. No error code comes up

    If you are located to Romania keep in mind that your country is not part of the xbox regions.

    Can't authorize payment method

    Still unable to add a credit card or paypal account and make any purchases. I replied to the email, hopefully this gets resolved soon.
