    Unable to add any accounts after 0x801901f4 error


    Hello, about 2 days ago I turned on my Xbox after a lengthy hiatus. All worked fine save for the fact that whenever I tried to login I would keep getting a 0x801901f4 error. Online I found that one solution was to delete the account and add it again. I deleted
    it, but when I tried to add the account again it wouldn't let me add it. I would instead get a couple of spinning loading screens before being sent back to the home screen. I have tried the following:

    Power cycling my xbox

    Restarting my router

    Switching from a wired connection to wifi

    Trying another wifi connection after the first one didn't work

    Soft resetting my console keeping games

    Resetting my console and deleting games

    Switching from automatic DNS settings to manual

    None of which worked. Is there another solution that anyone knows of? Thank you in advance!

    I've got the same issue, yesterday everything was working fine until that happened, I literally factory reset it 8 times in these 2 days not joking, hard reset it many times and I've tried so many things even looked up remote setup and all, I have a fix
    for players who use 1 account but for me i need 4 accounts to be able to use my stuff and all, (I have an individual account for games and another for xbox live and etc), for people who use only 1 account, factory reset your console (keep games and apps) and
    then start the setup on your phone, don't start it on the xbox, when you start it on your phone it'll automatically sign you in to your main account without having to enter your credintals and all that

    Thanks for your replies, everyone. I tried to soft reset again today, and somehow it worked! Perhaps it was a temporary issue of some sort.

    Same issue. Cant fix it. I did factory reset and now I am left with a blank console, unable to do anything.
