Unable to add account to Xbox One (after removing it due to error 0x080190005)

Thanks for reaching out to us! We apologize for any inconvenience the issue when trying to sign in has caused. Please go to the
Account websiteand make sure you are able to sign in. Once you make sure you are able to sign
in with the account, perform a soft factory reset.
It sounds as if the software somewhere is corrupted on the console. Once you do the soft factory reset, try to install your profile again then let us know how it goes.

Side Note: It is
very important to make sure you know the primary email/password to the account before removing it from the console.

To check the email being used with the gamertag, go to Settings > Account > sign-in, security & passkey;
in middle column at the top it will say "show on home" if it is checked it will rotate from gamertag and email on homepage. If it is not check marked, it will show in this box.

I had a sign in error so I removed the account as recommended. Upon readding the account, it says "(user) is here already. Another user on this device uses this Microsoft account, so you can't add it here."

There are no accounts whatsoever under the sign in menu or delete account menu. This is the only Microsoft account I have ever had. So i now cannot delete or add the account??

https://beta.support.xbox.com/xbox-live-status. There is a service alert that might be affecting this.

A factory reset has fixed my issue, thanks for the reply.
