    Unable to Add Account on Xbox One X


    I was unable to sign in to my account. Per other forum posts, I removed my account from the Xbox. When trying to add it back, the screen displays a loading circle then returns to the "sign in" screen. No error is displayed and I am unable to add my
    account. I am able to sign into another account already on the XBox without any issue.

    Hello Bear,

    We understand that you're experiencing an issue concerning the inability to add your account onto your Xbox One X console, but you're capable of adding another account.

    We recommend trying a power cycle
    of the console.

    If the problem persists, try doing a soft factory reset of the console,
    reset and keep games and apps to help reset the operating system. Please note before doing this troubleshooting step, make sure to know your email and passwords for your Xbox profiles.

    Try this out first and let us know the results.

    Hallo. I eventually resolved mine by using a UK vpn on my mobile and then using my phone as a wifi hotspot connected my xbox to my hotspot and voila, i was able to re-add all my accounts. I can only assume my home internet service provider had blocked
    some ports. Nothing else worked for me and I was about to factory reset my xbox, glad I tried to log on to my wifes xbox first and realused that it had the same issue. Best of luck to you. Regards. Mort.
