Unable to add a new post to Wishlist/feedback page - language based on region

I was just told by a Xbox representative to to put my feed back on the feedback forum but i am unable to create a new post. is anyone else having this issue? I think my query can also go here:

I live in mexico but don't speak Spanish in order to buy games using the gift card i was given my region needs to be Mexico this then means that i have to change the region on my Xbox one also. On the 360 this was simple change the locale and change the
language separately. On the Xbox One you can only change the locale and you are then given the default language in this case Spanish. How is this not been sorted yet?

The reason you cannot use the feedback forum is that an entirely new feedback website was launched, which you can find here:

Xbox Ideas, powered by UserVoice

You can make suggestions there, or search for others by someone else and vote for those.

However, for your specific feedback, come July I think it will be fixed; the wording (here:

majornelson.com/.../xbox-one-july-update-preview) is a little confusing but it looks like the July update will allow everyone in any region to switch the console language to English.
