    I have money in my account and cant get on line with my 360 im thinking about the new playstation this x mas because the support is shocking it took me 45 mins to get through to the support line pls its a joke

    Xbox won't allow me to play online saying profile won't allow it

    Hey Mossy -

    Can you double check that your account has an active Xbox Live Gold subscription? Xbox Live Gold is needed to use many of the features of the Xbox 360 online so if you do not currently have Gold, that would be why you are unable to play online.

    BUMP... unanswered. Spent 3 hours with Xbox Support, who absolutely failed at their attempt to "Support". They gave me a bogus reference and said I would be contacted soon... again I figured this was bogus to evade my issue and I was right.. 2 weeks and
    no response by this "Xbox Advocacy Team".

    We pay all this money for this horrific "support"... I should've seen the light and joined the Sony bandwagon. This is the last time I buy anything from Microsoft, including any more Xbox's.

    Hi, I'm afraid it's not a code. When you first setup the Xbox One console it asks would you like to sign up for Xbox Live Gold free 30 day trial. I clicked Yes, but when I went to setup Payment options, it said they were already in use. So had to cancel
    it down, login to my Xbox 360, remove the payment methods. When I went back to my Xbox One, I couldn't find the Xbox Live Gold free 30 day trial. It's like it has vanished.

    I've tried everything after speaking to customer support (who have forwarded to Advocacy support now after 3hrs of discussions!).

    Tried:-

    Creating 2 other accounts, 1 with a payment method and 1 without.

    Both accounts were created on the Console itself.

    Can't reset to factory defaults as I'll lose FIFA 14 (game download through one use code) as well as any off-line saves. Re-buying FIFA for £54.99 is not an option lol... could buy 2 years of Gold for that much!

    To redeem a code on Xbox One say Xbox Use A Code. From there you can either have the kinect scan the code or type in the 25 digit code
