    Unable to acesss Purchased DLC


    Today i purchased the "Arron Griffin & RTJ Airdrop" DLC for Gears 5 on Xbox One. Both Microsoft & my Bank Statement show the items were purchased and that payment was deducted. However the content was not received or installed. The Xbox Live Marketplace displays the items as if they have not been purchased? I DO NOT want a refund, I would like to receive and use the content i paid for.

    I recommend trying the troubleshooting steps here:

    After each step try to see if the issue is fixed!

    First, please select System > Settings > account > remove accounts and then select your account and select Remove to confirm.

    Then, hold down the power button for about 10 seconds, until the console shuts off, then unplug the power cord and wait for 2-3 minutes before plugging it back in and turn on the Xbox.

    If the issue persists, please select System > Settings > devices and streaming > blue ray > persistent storage > clear three times > restart console.

    Oblivion, wizards, tower, DLC

    This happened to me as well. I am unable to purchase the Wizard’s Tower DLC on Xbox Marketplace on my console or on a desktop computer. I tried 4 times and have been charged but have no DLC. I’m using an Xbox Series X. I was able to download and purchase the other 9 DLCs with no issues. The Wizards Tower is the only DLC I am unable to purchase. Please tell me how I can download the DLC. Thanks for your time.

    Microsoft Flight DLC non-redeemable

    I'm able to get Flight to launch without DLC.

    But because the DLC is activated under my account that doesn't have a purchase history I'm unable to get the DLC.
