Unable to access Xbox settings.

Just bought the new Forza. Logged into my microsoft account. The game says that some content is blocked as a result of parental control. Yet, I'm the only one here and there is no one who could have set parental control. So, as support.microsoft suggested
I went to xbox.com in order to change the privacy settings. Problem is that something goes wrong and the website does not recognise me. There is still 'login' in the top right. If I try to force the browser to get me to xbox.com/settings, it sends me to support.microsoft
page about parental control (the one that I used to get to xbox.com as a link) instead. I tried to get there via different devices and different browsers and still got the same result. I created a new microsoft account and everything was fine.

Need your assistance. My entire account is unable to access Xbox settings.

Unable to start or join a party, and also can't access some of my account settings on xbox.

 

Xbox one problem

Got a provlem with my xbox one, basically unable to access settings menu, whenever i press the main menu button on the controller, i can hear the sound that the menu is opening the background goes dull but still keeps on scrolling the menu on the background,
unable to reset the console as i’m unable to access settings. Please help

“Call” you mean via phone? Is the phone the same if I am in Russia?

 

To change the settings, you need to go to
https://account.xbox.com/settings.

If you get a page that explains how to add a child account, instead of a table with various settings, then you have a child/teen account under the age of 18, and you will have to ask your parent with an adult Microsoft Account to add you to their family
on
https://account.microsoft.com/family then they have to go with their parent account to https://account.xbox.com/settings and choose your child account.

They will then have to enable your account to be able to see community creations.

 

That worked. I think that I’ve accidently invited myself into my family and marked myself as a child. Or something else. Yet, after leaving the family of me and using the other account ( that was used to check if the problem was connected to a certain
account ) to create a new family and giving myself adult rights has solved the problem. Thanks.
