    I get "Group not found" everytime I try. I have been in the program for months.

    Unable to access Preview Program forums

    My Xbox One recently was updated with the New Xbox One Experience dashboard as part of the preview and I have since lost access to the Xbox Preview Dashboard app as it says "This app is for the Xbox Preview Program members only." I am also unable to access
    the preview program forums on the Xbox website as it reports back "Group not found".

    Hello, I also am unable to get in the forums, I have the preview app and looked under registration and its approved but I cannot access the preview forums it said group not found.

    Hi, I just got into the preview program a couple of days ago and can't access the preview forum either, getting the "Group not found" message.

    Does your dashboard app say enrolled or pending, ii enrolled it shouldn't take long keep checking, if pending it could be a day or two.

    I'm having the same problem, I have just selected unenrol from the programme on my Xbox one, but before this I was still being shown page not found. I would like access to see if there is anyway I can fix my Xbox which has been completely redundant for the
    past week due to the latest preview update.
